Aladdin is unkind toward his poor mother, rude to
authority, and generally unwashed and unmannered. But
the powerful Jinn of the Lamp, fiercely sought by an evil-hearted
sorcerer, gives Aladdin the chance to rise above himself, to dare
great things -- even to win the hand of the Princess of the realm. The
classic story is filled with breathtaking adventure, dark magic, and
young romance.
