Born Yesterday

The comedic drama Born Yesterday opens Wednesday July 8th at the Red Barn Theatre.  Harry Brock,  junk tycoon millionaire, brings his dimwitted ex-chorus girl mistress Billie Dawn with him to a business meeting in Washington, D.C.  Her ignorance clouds his business dealing with Senator Norval Hedges, so Harry engages a newspaper reporter, Paul Verrall, to instill refinement into Billie.

A series of events do more then educate Billie’s vocabulary, making her realize what Harry’s real plan is, and discovering he is corrupt.

Main characters and those playing their roles are: Ed Hougdahl as Harry Brock, Jaimie Arnold as Billie Dawn, Dave Mickelson  as Paul Verrall, Rick Snyder as Senator Norval Hedges, Rachel Westberg as Mrs. Hedges, Doug Johnson as Eddie Brock,  and Tim Accola as Ed Devery.  Other cast members include Erika Shearer, Bridgett Klatt, Matt Schotz and Krysa Schotz  Kathy Fladten of Barron is directing Born Yesterday.
