Nick, a single Italian-American guy, sees both sets of beloved, but
annoying, grandparents every Sunday for dinner.
When he tells them he’s been offered his dream job as a
marketing executive, but it will require him to move away, the
grandparents do not take the news well and go into action to get him
to stay around. “Hilarious

with laughs every step of the way”

Meet Nick Christano, a 29 year old Italian –American bachelor, living in
Hoboken, New Jersey seeking his dream job as a Marketing Director. Despite his
parents retiring to Florida, Nick’s maternal and paternal grandparents keep an
eye on him, especially on Sundays when they all dine together for family-faith
and food.
Directed by Kathy Fladten of Barron Over the River and Through the Woods
includes veteran and new actors to the stage. Nick Sirek of Rice Lake plays Nick
Christano. Meg Atkins of Cumberland and Ed Hougdahl of Turtle Lake are Emma and
Nunzio, Nick’s paternal grandparents. Frank and Aida Gianelli, the maternal
grandparents, are played by Kenneth Nelson of Sand Creek, and Deb Sirek of Rice
Lake. Amanda Stearns of Rice Lake finishes the cast as Caitlin O’Hare.
