The Red Barn Theatre curtains will part on May 26 for the opening comedy of the summer season, “Jonas and Barry in the Home.”  Terry Wiesner directs the small, but mighty cast of Mark Nymo as Jonas, Bill Koslofsky as Barry, and Sarah Miller as Barry’s daughter Rosie.  Written by Canadian playwright Norm Foster, this funny yet poignant play follows the unlikely friendship between Jonas and Barry as they navigate a new phase in their lives as residents in an assisted living facility. The show runs May 26-30 and June 2-6 and is recommended for ages 12 and up.  

 

Director Wiesner is also designing and constructing the set.  The work of artistic quilter Carol Anderson of Sand Creek, WI will be showcased in the RBT Gallery.
