The Broadway hit, “Legally Blonde: The Musical,” hits the Red Barn stage on July 9 and runs through July 19.  Cathy Jones Wolf is the director/choreographer and John Dutmer (Chetek) leads and conducts the music of this talented cast.  In addition, Cathy Jones Wolf and Boyd Stearns (Rice Lake) are designing and constructing the set.  Gabby Meinen (Rice Lake), last seen as Gypsy Rose Lee during the 2024 season, sashays through this musical as Elle Woods, the irresistible and irrepressible sorority girl determined to win back her boyfriend, Warner Huntington III, played by Colton Siwicki (Spooner).  Elle enrolls and follows him to Harvard Law School.  Along the way, she surprises herself and others by defying expectations with her astute mind and generous heart.

 

Also appearing on stage is Jeremy Westin (Cumberland) as Emmett Forrest, Julia Armstrong (Cumberland) as Vivienne Kensington and Emily Scheu (Rice Lake)  as Serena.  Lukah Olson (Chetek) portrays Pilar while Emma Marek (also from Chetek) plays Margot. Greta Linton (Sarona) is Paulette, Jeff Dalsveen (Chippewa Falls) is Professor Callahan and Tommy Yousten (Cumberland) is Kyle B. O’Doyle. 

 

Cooper Antczak (Chetek) appears as Aaron Schultz, Grandmaster Chad and Nikos Argitakos.  Mariah Humbert (Chetek) appears as Enid Hoops, Marina Terenzi (Rice Lake) as Brooke Wyndham and Nina Mujwid (Chetek) as Kate.  Portraying Delta Nu sorority sisters are Quinn Campbell, Raegan Stearns and Sloan Campbell (all of Rice Lake).  Paul Baribeau (Rice Lake) plays Elle’s father, Winthrop and Dewey.  Carol Hougdahl plays Elle’s mother, Boutique Manager, the Judge and is part of the ensemble.  Kalea Hammond (Shell Lake) plays the Saleswoman, D.A. Joyce Riley and is part of the ensemble.  The rest of the ensemble includes Emelia Kann (Cameron), Morley Linton and Channing Linton (both of Sarona).
